Client messages salon Bot
Client sends any message to your WhatsApp Business number. The bot greets and shows a menu: Book, View services, Reschedule, Pay.

Client selects a service Client
Bot lists services with prices and durations. Client replies with a letter or number. Bot checks real-time availability.

Client picks a date & slot Client
Bot shows open time slots for the requested date, filtered by stylist/station availability. Client selects a slot number.

Bot confirms booking Bot
Appointment is created in the system. Bot sends confirmation with date, time, stylist, station, and total price.

Client pays or defers Client
Bot asks if client wants to pay now (Mobile Money link) or at the salon. Payment links are sent via WhatsApp. See WhatsApp Payments.

Reminders sent automatically Bot
2 hours before the appointment, the bot sends a WhatsApp reminder. Client can confirm, reschedule, or cancel by replying.
